Mr. Maggie Fernando(Finance and General administration)
Mr. Maggie Fernando is based in Pune and originally hails from Mumbai. He has total experience of 14+ years in the field of sales and marketing.
He belongs to a family, who lay special emphasis on education as a result of which he has completed his MBA (finance), MBA (marketing), MBA (International business UK), PGDPA (UK), PDRM (UK), he has a rich experience dealing with HNI clients with regards to financial products, In the year 2020, Mr. Maggie Fernando joined hands with Kishor Ingole and started Joy Goat emporium. He quotes about his association with Kishor by saying, "I know Mr. Kishor Ingole for more than 8 years. He is an epitome of hard work, perseverance, never give up attitude and a hunger t o succeed, also to top it up, his humbleness and being grounded is an icing on the cake".
Mr. Maggie Fernando always wanted to become an entrepreneur and so when he decided to start, he had no doubt in his mind that Mr. Kishor Ingole is the right choice, as most of his qualities like hunger to succeed and create a new empire was always embedded in him, That's when they started Joy Goat Emporium, they intend to be professional in their venture and succeed great heights internationally in the coming years. Currently Maggie Fernando holds 50 percent stakes in Carniwal wines and Joy goat emporium respectively. He is the partner with Kishor Ingole in Joy goat and Carniwal Wines. Carniwal Wines was started in the year 2021 but it came into operation on 19th January, 2022.

Mr. Kishor Ingole(Operation)
Kishor Ingole was Born in Beed, Maharashtra and shifted to Pune a decade ago. Though a college dropout, he inherited excellent entrepreneurial skills and with vision, grit and affinity towards Loans & Mortgages business started his own venture by the name of Starlight Solution with zero capital. He swears by the famous words of Martin Luther King Junior "No work is insignificant. All labor that uplifts humanity has dignity and importance and should be undertaken with painstaking excellence." He is of the firm opinion that for a wholesome understanding of any trade one has to start from the grass route of the trade and it's not important what language the person knows or from where the person is from. All what one needs is hard work and understanding of any Business. That is exactly what he did and followed.
It's been more than a decade in the business of loans and mortgages and in these years he was able to grow the business and his firm has served more than 20000+ customers across Financial service segments like, personal loan, credit card, housing loan, business loans, etc. He offered his clients a one stop solution for loans and mortgages by having an in-house team or specialist and tie-up with the best of banks. Today, Starlight Solution is a well know DSA with a staff of 65+ and both clients and banks vouch for its credibility and success. Having already done successfully in the Financial Loan Market he is ventured into a new territory of Goat Farming and wine industry with the best of minds in the respective field.

Anjali Ingole(General Administration)
She is the spouse of Kishor Ingole. She is a graduate and helps in assisting day to day activity of Kishor Ingole making life easy for him in the overall operation of Starlight as well as carniwal wines. She takes care of administration of the staff of Starlight solution which comprises of 70 staff in which 95 percent of staff are female which helps in easy coordination as well as communication of staff with Anjali Ingole.

Rajendra Patwardhan(Additional Director)
Mr. Rajendra Patwardhan belongs to a very royal and an affluent as well as renowned family, who has established Tasgaon Milk Producers Co-operative society in Sangali. He has completed his Electrical Engineering and MBA from Pune University. Initially, he got a job as sale Manager in mechanical field and has 4 years’ experience in this field. But later he resigned his job in 1979 to take up the farming and restoration of inherited and historically important properties that he currently owns (Inherited). He has been appointed as chief trustee of well renowned Shri Ganapati Panchayatan Devsthan Trust, Tasgaon for life time in the year 1998. He is also independent director in Carniwal Wines Pvt Ltd Company. His core competency includes vast exposure of organization skills, inter personal skills as well as good connection with all strata of the society. His abundance of real estate wealth that he owns is his added advantage
He has a good knowledge in agriculture. He holds a plethora of agriculture as well as non-agriculture properties in Tasgaon.

Deelip Kadam(Additional Director)
Deelip Kadam is a astute Businessman with over 27 years of business experience. He has completed his Master of Computer management along with Diploma in Computer Application. He has worked with Mitcon Ltd. Pune in PMRY as Project Leader. He also worked on a project of Cattle Development and Wadi Project in Gujarat as Project Analyst with BAIF Pune. He is proficient at working closely with diverse teams. He has worked with Dewsoft Overseas Pvt. Ltd. Delhi, in Maharashtra from 2002 to 2010 handling and heading a large team. His core competency is in excellent organatisational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, Excellent connect with various sections of government offices. He worked on solid waste management, biomass system, solar pumping, and solar power.
